Cook steak and grilled food to perfection with the Gastroback Design BBQ Advanced Control. A 5-step lockable top plate adapts to the thickness of your grilled food whilst the cooking temperature can be adjusted for the type and thickness of meat being grilled. Grillingh is extra-fast thanks to the 2000 watts of power. There is also a handy 30 minute timer with automatic shut-off function and audible signal.

The Design BBQ Advanced Control has a grill contact area of approximately 750cm² with the top plate in the closed position. Unfold it for a large barbecue grill area of approximately 1500cm². The bottom grill plate is flat whilst the upper grill plate is ribbed to provide the characteristic char lines you associated with grilled or barbecued food. Both grill plates have a non-stick coating so little to no fat is required for healthier grilling. The grill plates can be removed for cleaning in the dishwasher. The grill plate is also tiltable for easy grease drainage and the removable grease catcher is also dishwasher safe.
