We do not offer free returns for items purchased with a change of mind or no longer required, all items returned must be unopened and in the original packaging where all shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.  

For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any Health, Personal Care & Beauty Care items unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains undamaged. Items sent back incomplete, with missing parts or damaged will not qualify for a refund.

We ask that you report any unwanted items or items not received within 28 days of dispatch as after this time we may not be able to replace or refund your item.

We aim to dispatch our orders within 24 hours of cleared funds (orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday). Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your parcel is on its way with a tracking number.

By default we dispatch all orders to the specified shipping address, therefore if your address is incomplete or wrong, your delivery may be delayed or returned back to us.

Should you not receive your order within 7 days from the purchase date or you received a faulty or damaged item please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will investigate this with our carrier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate. 

Please note that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 7 working days have passed for UK deliveries.

No, our operations, warehouses and distribution centres are all based within the UK, where this makes it easier to reach our customers and offer a fast and reliable service. In the future we may explore offering our service in different countries.

Once your refund claim has been accepted it can take up to 14 days to process a full refund. On average we estimate a refund can be processed much quicker than this, where funds will normally reach your account between 5 to 7 days.

When signed in, if you navigate over to the ‘My Accounts’ section you will be able to edit and update all details via the left menu bar, where you will see the sections for: Addresses, Payment Methods and Account Details.

Yes, we offer regular promotions on discounted products, where these can be viewed via the ‘SALE’ page. We also send out regular discount codes and promotions to users and customers who subscribed to our newsletters and promotional emails.
