Returns key information
Should you not receive your order within 7 days from the purchase date or you received a faulty or damaged item please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will investigate this with our carrier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please note that we cannot investigate any missing orders until 7 working days have passed for UK deliveries.
We do not offer free returns for items purchased with a change of mind or no longer required, all items returned must be unopened and in the original packaging where all shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
Unfortunately for health and hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund any Health, Personal Care & Beauty Care items unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains undamaged. Items sent back incomplete, with missing parts or damaged will not qualify for a refund.
We ask that you report any unwanted items or items not received within 28 days of dispatch as after this time we may not be able to replace or refund your item.
Returns method for faulty items
For any items that arrived damaged we will require photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging in order to raise a claim with our service provider. Please note that the process can take up to 14 days once the claim is accepted to obtain a full refund. We are unable to refund the money on the same day the damaged item is reported.
Brand Cart will not accept products that are returned without a valid returns request or items that are not supplied by Brand Cart. Such products will be shipped back at the customer’s own risk and expense. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for such unauthorised returns, where we will not accept responsibility or liability for the condition of the product returned to the customer.
